{"id":50,"date":"2018-05-24T15:53:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-24T15:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maximebernier.com\/?p=50"},"modified":"2025-05-15T15:54:55","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T15:54:55","slug":"trudeaus-fake-support-of-trans-mountain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maximebernier.com\/fr\/2018\/05\/24\/trudeaus-fake-support-of-trans-mountain\/","title":{"rendered":"Trudeau\u2019s Fake Support of Trans Mountain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Justin Trudeau\u2019s Minister of Finance recently announced that he is prepared to subsidize Kinder Morgan in order to mitigate risks associated with his disastrous energy policies.<br><br>He is willing to fix a problem he himself created with YOUR money.<br><br>But it won\u2019t work.<br><br><strong>Because Justin Trudeau is not serious with his support to pipelines.<\/strong><br><br>His actions killed Northern Gateway and blocked Energy East.<br><br><strong>He went as far as to say that we need to phase out the oil sands!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe can\u2019t shut down the oil sands tomorrow. We need to phase them out.\u201d\u2014Justin Trudeau, January 13, 2017.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And he is currently rushing through Parliament an oil tanker ban and new regulations that will penalize Canadian oil exports and damage investor confidence.<br><br>He says he supports Trans Mountain but his actions speak differently.<br><br><strong>Unlike Justin Trudeau, I have always been consistent on pipelines.<\/strong><br><br>It\u2019s the most efficient and secure way to transport oil.<br><br>And it brings economic benefits to Canadians in every province.<br><br>That\u2019s why I supported Energy East and Northern Gateway.<br><br>And that\u2019s why I support Trans Mountain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Justin Trudeau\u2019s Minister of Finance recently announced that he is prepared to subsidize Kinder Morgan in order to mitigate risks associated with his disastrous energy policies.
